Promotion is for a limited time only

Free shipping is valid for orders with products totaling $150 or more (exclusive of taxes) by regular ground methods to destinations within the 48 contiguous states only. Free Shipping offer does not apply to items that are oversized, overweight, flammable or shipped directly from the manufacturer or orders where the aggregate weight exceeds 100 lbs. (Please see below for detailed explanations of these terms.)

For orders under $150, apply the following:

Truck Ship Items cannot be delivered by parcel carrier. These items are marked accordingly in the item description. Shipping Rates will be calculated for you during the checkout process. All rates quoted are for delivery to a dock or curbside only. Lift gate and inside delivery will incur additional fees - please contact Customer Service for a quote. Please be prepared to provide the item number and the delivery address.

Oversized Items - Some of the items we offer are too large or too heavy for delivery by parcel carrier. These items are typically shipped by truck and additional shipping charges may apply. Each oversized item is marked accordingly in the item description. Please Note: free freight promotions do not apply towards orders with oversized items.

Drop Ship/Manufacturer Direct Items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or manufacturer warehouse, additional charges may apply. Drop shipments typically take 2 weeks for delivery. Exceptions will be noted in the product description.

Shipping charges for Drop Ship items that are shipped via truck are for curb or dock delivery only. Please Note: free freight promotions do not apply towards orders with drop ship items.

Expedited Shipping We offer a variety of expedited shipping choices for your convenience. Orders received on normal business days (Monday-Friday), before 12 noon EST (Eastern Standard Time) can ship the same day, excluding holidays. Overnight or Next Day orders placed on Friday will be delivered the next business day, excluding holidays.

Expedited shipping rates are calculated in real time in our shopping cart. To determine your rate please proceed through the normal check out process. If you are unable to get expedited rates please contact our Customer Service Department. Please note that Drop Ship and Truck Ship items are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Shipping Back Ordered Items
All Back Ordered items are shipped ground delivery as soon as they are received in our warehouse. Backordered items totaling less than $10.00 are automatically cancelled when the order is processed.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto RicoOrders
Utrecht offers delivery by United States Postal Service (USPS). For expedited shipping options via Federal Express please contact our Customer Service Department. Free shipping offer does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. USPS shipments cannot exceed 70 lbs. per package.

Canadian Orders:
Only items labeled with a "NAFTA" designation can be shipped to Canada. If your order contains items that are not part of the NAFTA agreement we will contact you by email. Eligible shipments will be delivered by FedEx. Flammable items cannot be shipped to Canada. Additional taxes and duties may apply. Delays are common when shipping to Canada due to customs and duty review.

Foreign Orders
Utrecht offers a variety of air and surface shipping to most destinations around the world. After receiving your order, Utrecht's Customer Service department will contact you by email or phone to inform you of shipping options and cost. We will ship non-ground shipments only after we have received your approval. Additional tax and duties charged for International delivery are not the responsibility of Utrecht. Backordered items may incur an additional shipping charge.

FPO/APO

Utrecht ships via USPS to an APO/FPO. Please contact our Customer Service Department for a freight quote. Utrecht does not offer free shipping and expedited shipping options to an APO/FPO. Backordered items may incur an additional shipping charge.
